Writing the weekly letters helps in documenting life at a nice pace. Daily is too tedious, and often many days pass eventless. A month is too long. It aggregates experiences and misses out on details. A week is perfect!

The Citizens Protein Project 2 results are out. The Liver Doc is doing a great service with this project. They tested multiple protein supplements available for protein availability, heavy metal contamination, etc. It is a regulator’s job, but food regulators in India like to do reels with surprise visits rather than bringing genuine accountability to food products being sold. Please check the results and try to take the right protein.
